Yellow Pepper

(Click on the above image to see it larger.)

While I am working out some landscape painting issues,
I thought I'd take a break and post a little still life I made.
Peppers are so delightfully sensual, don't you think?

Meanwhile, I scanned this painting--much easier than
trying to photograph it--especially with all the rain we
are having.

  1. It's GORGEOUS! Love the lighting with the reflection on the top of the pepper, and the colors, AGAIN, are superb! You're so good with oil paint. It's amazing.

  2. More, more, more. I want to see more of your work. Warm, rich colors are so satisfying. Kate's right. You're a joyful painter!
